Why did I join the Cygnus Knights? Isn't it obvious? The Empress, of course! I was taken immediately by her overwhelming presence. She's truly our hope embodied.

People call her by fancy titles or "the Empress." but I say we call what she is: a goddess! You'd get if you came to our morning training. The rising sun frames her like she's got a halo around her. That's goddess material for sure. Then, one night. I noticed her light was on late at night, so I took a peek -- just to be safe! She was sitting head-down at her desk. That's when it struck me she's carrying Maple World on her shoulders. She's frail, you know. How does she manage it?

And another time after training, she personally passed out tea to us. But the best part? She remembered my name and complimented our dedication! Thought I'd drop dead on the spot. Whatever support a soldier's missing, she's there for us. So, I've dedicated my life to protect her and see her mission through. I'll be her shield forever! Ah. Even now. I bet she's relaxing in Ereve alongside Shinsoo, radiant as can be ...
