Jianghu is an overseas continent in Maple World. It consists of three areas: Xuanshan, Eternal Forest and Lian Plateau.

Mo Xuan characters can access Xuanshan by talking to Olaf in Lith Harbor or using his own Return skill. Lynn characters can access Eternal Forest by using the Skill Forest Kiss. In ChinaMS, other characters can access either Xuanshan or Eternal Forest via Town Portal.

Level 250 and above players who have completed prequests of Red Moon Forest can access Lian Plateau via the Maple Guide.

Towns / Regions

Xuanshan

Main article: Xuanshan

Xuanshan is the starting area for Mo Xuan, located at the southern end of Jianghu. It is connected to the sea, where the tides are turbulent and there are many reefs. The port village of Hejin and the towering Xuanshan are firmly guarded by the Xuanshan School.

Eternal Forest

Main article: Eternal Forest

Eternal Forest is the starting area for Lynn, located at the northeastern end of Jianghu. It is a forest that is green all year round. The high mountains and lush forests have isolated this region from the outside world for a long time.

Lian Plateau

Main article: Lian Plateau

Lian Plateau is a highland located at the western end of Jianghu. It is characterized by its steep cliffs and scattered hills, forming a high-altitude region. Within this area lies the secluded Cool Breeze Village, which is usually enveloped by a protective barrier, making it difficult to approach, and Red Moon Forest, the hideout of the Devil Clan's Red Dragon Team.

Trivia

• In GlobalMS, Lian Plateau is unavailable as Red Moon Forest is not released.
• In JapanMS, Xuanshan is unavailable as Mo Xuan is not released.
• In MapleSEA, despite Red Moon Forest being available, Malitia is not released.
• During Lynn's storyline, one line of dialogue mentions the continent of Jianghu, specifically the following line by one of Lynn's Past Selves, who steals one of Gaia's antlers out of greed and sells it to become rich:

  Thank you, 'Forest Master.' You just made me the richest merchant in the Jianghu realm.

This line was changed in the update directly after Lynn's release in both GlobalMS and JapanMS to omit any mention of "Jianghu", being changed to "You just made me the richest merchant in the realm." Both the written text and the voice line were modified accordingly.
