In Progress	The portal seems to have been made for the Black Wing management to travel quickly to Victoria Island. If you're not a part of the Black Wing management, you cannot use it. When you plead with Harry Lion, he asks you to eliminate Big Boulder Muncher first. Fragmented ore 0/100
Completed	When you eliminated Big Boulder Muncher, Harry Lion was thoroughly satisfied.
Procedure	Talk to Harry Lion in Hidden Portal. Select the following while talking to Harry Lion: Is this a portal? Can I go to Victoria Island too? I want to see my children! I left them behind in Victoria Island... Obtain 100 Fragmented ores from Big Boulder Muncher. Talk to Harry Lion again.
