Completed	You eliminated the Crying Blue Mushroom enemies and brought Crying Blue Mushroom Dolls for Scarrs. He says he needs them for more tests. Big surprise there.
Procedure	Talk to Scarrs in Henesys. You will be teleported to Blue Mushroom Forest. Obtain 1 Crying Blue Mushroom Doll from Crying Blue Mushroom. Talk to Scarrs again.
