Completed	You concluded that the thief escaped via the canals, and headed there. Then, you ran into the thief! The thief ditched the goods, and you couldn't leave the goods behind, so the thief got away.
Procedure	Click on the light-bulb above your head. You will be teleported to Canal 1 after viewing the cutscene. Eliminate 6 Cutthroat Delfinos and 6 Ripclaw Delfinos. Talk to Robed Lady in Canal 1.
