In Progress	Ulrika says she's a member of the Resistance, and that she'll introduce you to the others if you do her a favor first. Defeat the Dust Boxes at Edelstein Strolling Path 4 to find Black Plastic Bags, and defeat the Streetlights at the Streetlight Row to find Lightbulbs. Then bring it all back to her.

Procedure	Talk to Ulrika in Edelstein. You will be teleported to Edelstein Strolling Path 4. Obtain 15 Black Plastic Bags from Dust Box. Obtain 15 Streetlight Bulbs from Streetlight. Talk to Ulrika again.
