Procedure	Talk to Shimmer Songbird in Forest Depths Spring. You will receive 1 Small Bottle. Obtain 15 Pure Water from Blue Spring Spring or Deep Spring Sprite, and transfer them onto Small Bottle. Talk to Shimmer Songbird again.
