In Progress	To use Oz's Flame Gear, you need a catalyst that will maximize the power of the Spirit of Fire. You can get it from Poison Poopa.
Completed	You've learned Oz's Flame Gear skill. Until Lv. 90, use Burning Flare every 5 Levels to raise the Skill Level by 1.
Procedure	Talk to Oz in Ereve. Obtain 10 Burning Flares from Poison Poopa. Talk to Oz again.
Rewards	Burning Flare -10 Oz's Flame Gear at Level 1
