Completed	You've learned Irena's Wind Piercing skill. Until Lv. 90, use Unstoppable Wind every 5 Levels to raise the Skill Level by 1.
Procedure	Talk to Irena in Ereve. Obtain 10 Unstoppable Winds from Poison Poopa. Talk to Irena again.
Rewards	Unstoppable Wind -10 Irena's Wind Piercing at Level 1
