In Progress	To use Irena's Wind Piercing, you need a catalyst that will maximize the power of the Spirit of Wind. Get it from Panda or Sand Dwarf.
Completed	You've raised the Skill Level of Irena's Wind Piercing by 1. Until Lv. 90, use Unstoppable Wind every 5 Levels to raise the Skill Level by 1.
Procedure	Talk to Irena in Ereve. Obtain 10 Unstoppable Winds from Sand Dwarf or Panda. Talk to Irena again.
Rewards	Unstoppable Wind -10 Irena's Wind Piercing at Level 4
