Procedure	Talk to Dunamis at Black Wings Prison. Press the Up arrow on the right portal in Black Wings Prison to go to Patrol Surveillance Area. Press the Up arrow on the right portal in Patrol Surveillance Area to go to Eleanor's Room, without getting caught by the Black Wing Henchmen. Talk to Dunamis at Eleanor's Room.
