Procedure	Talk to Arin in Pitch-Black Forest 1. Walk to the right of Pitch-Black Forest 2. Clear the 3-stage Forest of Peace Bat Flock battleground by eliminating all the Neon Bats. Talk to Arin at Rescue Girl.
