Available	Talk to Edea in the Downtown Black Market.
In Progress	Edea said you received a letter a few days ago. It was a letter sent by Velderoth. Velderoth wanted a one-on-one fight with you. There's a high chance that this is a trap, but... this is your last chance to persuade your friend. Since permission has been granted, go to Heliseum Outskirts and meet Velderoth. *If you fail, forfeit the quest and start over from the beginning.
Completed	The one-on-one fight was Velderoth's trap, but Edea already had a answer for it ready. It seems the Specter forces have been dealt a huge blow.
Procedure	Talk to Edea at Downtown Black Market to view the cutscene. Eliminate 30 mobs in Secluded Outskirts. The following mobs will count toward the quest: Warrior Specter Magician Specter View the cutscene. Talk to Edea again.
