Available	Go see Harpoon at the Reclamation HQ and hear about the situation.
In Progress	Harpoon asked you to get 10 Dinogoth Tails for the starving soldiers. Defeat Dinogoths in Path to the Hill, gather the tails, and return to Harpoon in Heliseum Reclamation HQ.
Completed	You got the tails from the Dinogoths. Now there are plenty for the soldiers.
Procedure	Talk to Harpoon at Heliseum Reclamation HQ. You will be teleported to Path to the Hill. Obtain 10 Dinogoth Tails from Dinogoth. Talk to Harpoon again.
