Pre-requisites	To have [Kaiser] Stop the Summoning Ritual completed Level 25 or above For Kaiser only
Available	Ask Fenelle about the status of the Protective Shield's restoration.
In Progress	Just a little longer, and the shield will be fully restored. Head south and defeat all Specters on the battlefield. If you fail the quest, you can forfeit it and start again.
Completed	As the shield came back up, all the Specters collapsed. Victory!
Procedure	Talk to Fenelle by clicking on the light-bulb. Clear the 4-stage Occupied West Pantheon Border battleground by eliminating all the Faded Guerrilla Specters, Faded Warrior Specters, Faded Magician Specters, and Faded Reaper Specters. View the cutscene.
