Completed	The mastermind was Magnus! Judging by the conversation between Magnus and the enemy commander, Magnus plans to launch an invasion soon.
Procedure	Click on the light-bulb above your head. Enter Executive's Room. Obtain 1 Magnus's Letter from Nefarious Priest. Talk to Cartalion in Pantheon.
