Completed	After your discussion with Fenelle, you've learned that the Interdimensional Portal is opened when one of the other Transcendents use the powers of the Transcendent of Time. The Interdimensional Portal that just opened must have been caused by the Black Mage. His seal must have broken! Fenelle is going to let the alliance know about this.
