In Progress Go to the Swamp Region, gather Witchgrass Leaves and Jr. Necki Skins, and place them in the pharmacy drawer that is third from the left and second from the top.
Completed You placed the items inside the pharmacy drawer. Nope, that wasn't weird at all.
Procedure
  1. Talk to JM From tha Streetz by clicking on the light-bulb.
  2. Eliminate 70 Jr. Neckis and obtain 20 Jr. Necki Skins.
  3. Obtain 5 Witchgrass Leaves by hitting the Witchgrass at The Swamp of Despair.
  4. Talk to Pharmacy Drawer 2 in Kerning City Pharmacy.
