Available	Listen to Neinheart in the Secret Grove.
In Progress	According to Neinheart, the Empress must be in Cygnus's Chamber. However, one must pass through the Cygnus Garden to get there, and Neinheart doesn't know if the garden gate is unlocked. First, go to Cygnus Garden and check whether the gate is unlocked. If it's locked, go speak with Chief Alex in Henesys Ruins.
Completed	Chief Alex is familiar with the Cygnus Garden.
Procedure	Talk to Neinheart in Secret Grove. Press the Up arrow on the bottom right portal in Hall of Honor. Talk to Chief Alex in Henesys Ruins.
