Available	The Black Mage's curse is freezing you along with the town of Elluel. You must seal the town away before the curse spreads to the outside world. Find Philius, the Elder of Magic, to learn how.
In Progress	You must activate the pentacle at the entrance of Elluel. Follow Philius's instructions by going to the west entrance to town and activating the pentacle.
Completed	You activated the pentacle. No one will be able to find Elluel now.
Procedure	Talk to Philius in Elluel. Complete the quest [Mercedes] Barriers of Elluel. Talk to Philius again.
