Procedure
  1. Talk to Dr. Kim in Command Center. You will be teleported to Silo.
  2. Talk to Chury in Silo.
  3. Talk to Gunny in Silo.
  4. Talk to Hoony in Silo.
  5. Talk to Joey in Silo.
  6. Talk to Cindy in Silo.
  7. Talk to Porter in Silo. You will be teleported to Command Center.
