Available	Kriel only asked you to give the Cracked Crystal to Spiruna because she knew she'd get upset. You should confront Kriel about that and get some Fairy Dust.
In Progress	Kriel the Fairy gave you the Fairy Dust out of remorse. Give the Fairy Dust to Spiruna, then ask her about Hella's whereabouts once she calms down. (If you lose the Fairy Dust, go see Kriel again.)
Completed	You gave the Fairy Dust to Spiruna. Since she seems to feel better now, go ahead and ask her about Hella.
Procedure	Talk to Kriel the Fairy in Orbis. You will receive 1 Fairy Dust and be teleported to Old Man's House. Deliver 1 Fairy Dust to Spiruna in Old Man's House.
