Procedure
  1. Talk to Kriel the Fairy by clicking on the light-bulb.
  2. Complete the following quests:
    1. [Orbis] Lisa's Special Medicine II
    2. [Orbis] Hella is Finally Found
    3. [Orbis] Eliza's Eternal Slumber
  3. Talk to Kriel the Fairy again by clicking on the light-bulb.
