Available	Your mission to the Black Wings' hideout at the Power Plant is about the begin. Talk to Elex, the Blaster Job Instructor to hear the details of the mission.
In Progress	Energy from the power plant is being rerouted by the Black Wings from Edelstein to somewhere else. Your mission is to destroy the Energy Conducting Device. The plan is as follows: 1. Sneak into the mine disguised as a Black Wing. 2. Enter the generator room in Power Plant Security. 3. Get rid of Energy Conducting Device and return. It's not an easy task but it's not impossible if the plan is followed step by step. All right, it's go-time. Energy Conducting Device 0 / 1 * If you fail to proceed with the quest, forfeit and start over.
Completed	Destroying the Energy Conducting Device alleviated much of the power outages plaguing Edelstein. Elex said that you proved yourself capable and authorized your Job Advancement.
Procedure	Talk to Elex in Secret Plaza. You will be teleported to Somewhere in the Power Plant after viewing the cutscene. Eliminate Energy Conducting Device. Talk to Elex again.
Rewards	Job Advancement from Blaster [2nd Job] to Blaster [3rd Job] Special Training Graduate x 1
