Completed	You took care of the Potted Morning Glories and reported it to Belle. Belle was ecstatic and said that the townspeople will no longer fear the Potted Morning Glories...nor will Belle.
Procedure	Talk to Belle in Edelstein. Eliminate 5 Potted Morning Glories. Talk to Belle again. Select the following while talking to Belle: How safe it is.
