In Progress	There is a Black Wing returning to Edelstein with important intelligence. Your mission is wait for them to return on their airship, then eliminate them and retrieve the intelligence. Completed	The person you met during your mission was the Black Wing member you ran into while rescuing Vita! Back then, he was more powerful than you, but this time, you were able to handle him with ease. Procedure	Talk to Brighton in Secret Plaza. Enter the portal near the top right of Edelstein. You will be teleported to Stakeout! Makeshift Airport after viewing the cutscene. Obtain 1 Black Wings Report from Schiller. Talk to Brighton again.
