In Progress	Surl says he should stop selling the water he's been collecting, because the Black Wing surveillance is getting to be too much. He says the water delivery is being done via the airship, so head over to Edelstein Temporary Airport and deliver water to Ace.
Completed	Although you had an encounter with a group of thieves, you were able to safely deliver the water.
Procedure	Talk to Surl in Edelstein. You will receive 1 Water Tank. Enter the portal near the top right of Edelstein to go to Danger! Makeshift Airport. Eliminate all Suspicious Thieves at Danger! Makeshift Airport. Click on Ace at Danger! Makeshift Airport. Deliver 1 Water Tank to Ace in Edelstein Temporary Airport.
