In Progress	Barbara recommended a fishing spot. Take your boat to the Middle of the Strait and use Barbara's Fishing Kit. (You can get another fishing kit by forfeiting the quest and talking to Barbara again.)
Completed	You took the boat to Barbara's fishing spot and used her fishing set to catch a big one.
Procedure	Talk to Frostwitch Barbara at Barbara's House. You will receive 1 Barbara's Fishing Kit. Use Barbara's Fishing Kit on the middle right fishing spot Middle of the Strait to obtain 5 Riena Whoppers. Talk to Frostwitch Barbara again.
