In Progress Go into the Subway Construction Site and help Starling fight off the suspicious group who went in with her.
Completed You found Starling, who was hurt by the Black Wings.
Procedure
  1. Talk to Jake by clicking on the light-bulb. You will receive 1 Subway Ticketing Booth TransTicket.
  2. Talk to Starling in Train in Repair.
Rewards You will receive
