In Progress	Flo says the only thing he can do now is take care of the Clocktower Bottom Floor. Eliminate [*]Buffoon and [*]Ghost Pirate monsters hiding the time scattered by the fallen star and return time to normal.
Completed	You defeated the [*]Buffoon and [*]Ghost Pirate monsters and restored time to how it should be, just as Flo requested.
Procedure	Talk to Flo in Path of Time. Eliminate 30 [*]Buffoons and 30 [*]Ghost Pirates. Talk to Flo again.
