In Progress	You told Billy the truth about the Land of Contemplation. Enthralled by the thought of a world ripe for the coloring, Billy agrees to tag along. Billy agreed to paint a bridge to that world, but you’ll need to collect more color. There's still paint left over from before, so filling the bucket shouldn't be too hard.
Completed	At your request, Billy painted a bridge to the Land of Contemplation. Will Billy be happy living here?
Procedure	Talk to Billy in Land of Innocence. You will receive 1 Color Collector. Fill the Color Collector by obtaining Monster's Color from Papercraft Horror or Papercraft Menace. You will receive 1 Filled Color Collector. Talk to Billy again.
