Available	The child who has been quietly drawing begins to glance at you curiously. You should speak with them.
In Progress	Billy, the child who was drawing wants to help you regain your color by painting yourself. Collect enough color so Billy can paint you.
Completed	Once you brought Billy a bucket of liquid color, they used it to paint you. And just like that, your color was restored. Billy says you should come back if you ever lose your color again.
Procedure	Talk to Billy in Land of Innocence. You will receive 1 Color Collector. Fill the Color Collector by obtaining Monster's Color from Papercraft Horror or Papercraft Menace. You will receive 1 Filled Color Collector. Talk to Billy again.
Rewards	Level-based EXP Filled Color Collector -1
