Available Grendel the Really Old, in Ellinia Magic Library, fused the Slumbering Fragments from Twilight Perion to create a Piece of Memory. Let him tell you about it.

Completed Through the Piece of Memory, you peeked into the memory of a girl.
Procedure
  1. Talk to Grendel the Really Old by clicking on the light-bulb. You will receive Piece of Memory.
  2. Double click on Piece of Memory to view the cutscene.
  3. Eliminate Wightmare.
  4. Complete the quest [Mission] Restless Sleep.
  5. Talk to Grendel the Really Old in Conference Room of the Alliance.
