Completed	When Von received the Black Wings Hat, he said he'll sneak into the Hideout and bring Gabrielle with him. Then, in the cockiest way possible, he said to prepare a welcome party for his return.
Procedure	Talk to Von in Mine Entrance. Obtain 1 Black Wings Hat by completing the quest [Black Wings] Purchasing a Disguise. Talk to Von again.
