Procedure
  1. Talk to Wonny in Edelstein You will receive 1 Gabrielle's Intel.
  2. Complete the quest [Verne Mine] A Surprising Gift (Non-Resistance classes only).
  3. Deliver 1 Gabrielle's Intel to Claudine in Secret Plaza.
