Completed	You took the Book Pile back to Professor Dreamboat, and he recommended you take it to Elex as a gift. The Black Wings are watching town, so make sure to give it to him in Secret Plaza.
Procedure	Talk to Professor Dreamboat in Veritas. Obtain 1 Book Pile from Messy Book Pile. Talk to Professor Dreamboat by clicking on the light-bulb.
