Available	The Control Device is working for now! Turn on the power and look for the data. (You can access the Lab via the Road to the Mine 1, East of Edelstein.)
In Progress	When you turned on the device, a horde of Black Wings Goon charged into the lab! Take them out so Roo-D can get the data. (You will have to forfeit the quest and restart if you fail.) (You can access the Lab via the Road to the Mine 1, East of Edelstein.)
Completed	You defeated the Black Wings and Roo-D got the data. This must have been the work of Gelimer....
Procedure	Talk to Roo-D at Laboratory. Eliminate 5 Black Wings Goons. Talk to Roo-D again.
Rewards	50,000 EXP
