Description	Accelerates the flow of Erda enveloping the Arcane Symbol, making it unstable. Though the altered Arcane Symbol cannot be equipped, it can be transferred within the world.
Effects	Allows you to transfer an Arcane Symbol once within the same world, with the following notes/restrictions: You must not be playing in a Reboot World. You must not have any other Arcane Symbols of the same kind in the new character's possession. The Arcane Symbol must be Growth Level 2 or higher. To stabilize, your new character must have completed the quest to obtain the pertinent Arcane Symbol. For example, your new character must have completed [Chu Chu] Goodbye, Chu Chu Island in order to receive an Unstable Arcane Symbol: Chu Chu Island. Once the Arcane Catalyst is used, the Arcane Symbol will be turned into an Unstable Arcane Symbol. The Arcane Symbol's Growth Level will be reset to Level 1, and the total Growth EXP will be reduced by 20%. The Unstable Arcane Symbol can be transferred freely within the same world until it is stabilized (normal). Once it is stabilized, you must pay the Meso fee to level it up again from Level 1. The main stat of the Arcane Symbol will change if necessary, based on the main stat of the new character.
