She is terribly afraid of Stumps and Orange Mushrooms. As a child, she was attacked by a giant Orange Mushroom, which caused her to lose both her way and her memories. As for Stumps, she says it's simply because their eyes look too scary.”

Ayan is an NPC located in Perion. She was once attacked by a giant mushroom monster (presumably Mushmom), which resulted in her suffering from amnesia and forgetting her past. She ended up being brought in to live with the locals in Perion, where she stands out as an outsider.

Trivia

• Ayan is based on the character "Stands With A Fist" from Dances With Wolves.
• In an old series of quests from Victoria Islnd (that are now blocked), Ayan is revealed to be the daughter of Bruce, a researcher who resides near Henesys. He finds out that his daughter, who has been missing for years, has been living in Perion, and asks you to deliver a toy sword from her childhood. Upon receiving the sword, Ayan's memory of her childhood returns and she asks you to send Bruce a letter on her behalf, and they reunite shortly after.
