Completed	Title Challenge - Outstanding Citizen You have acquired the Outstanding Citizen title and the associated medal.
Procedure	Talk to Dalair in Henesys Park, Ellinia, Perion, Kerning City, Lith Harbor, Sleepywood, or Nautilus Harbor. Get married and join a Guild. Talk to Dalair again.
Rewards	Outstanding Citizen x 1
