Completed	Memory Keeper awoke the Arcane Power to fully demonstrate the power of your soul. It is not strong yet, but surely you can make it stronger.
Procedure	Talk to Memory Keeper by clicking on the light-bulb. Eliminate 1 Happy Erda. Talk to Memory Keeper again by clicking on the light-bulb.
