Completed	You gave the materials to Mr. Pickall, and he gave you the Old Gold Watch.
Procedure	Talk to Mr. Pickall in Kerning City. Obtain 5 Useful Scrap Iron by clicking on the Scrap Iron in Along the Railway or Transfer Area. Talk to Mr. Pickall again.
