Scroll	Effect	Notes
Innocence Scroll	Resets all stats on your item to base conditions, except for Hidden Potentials.
Perfect Innocence Scroll	Resets all stats on your item to base conditions, except for Hidden Potentials.
Ark Innocence Scroll	Resets all stats on your item to base conditions, except for Hidden Potentials and Star Force enhancement.
Pure Clean Slate Scroll	Has a chance to return a lost upgrade slot on a piece of equipment
Shielding Ward	Protects your equipment from destruction if the next scroll used on it fails	Does not work on Superior Equipment. Does not work on equipment with 12+ stars
Superior Shielding Ward	Protects your equipment from destruction if the next scroll used on it fails	Only works on Superior Equipment. Does not work on equipment with 7+ stars
Shield Scroll	Protects your equipment from upgrade count reduced if the next scroll used on it fails
Guardian Scroll	Protects the next scroll used on this equip from being lost if it is unsuccessful
Return Scroll	Reverses the effect of the last chaos scroll used on the item, also returns the upgrade slot
Lucky Day Scroll	Increases the success rate of the next scroll used on this item by 10%	Does not work on special scrolls
