You can expand your Stupid Pill Slots up to 5 by talking to Alicia's Soul upon reaching certain floor milestones at a cost of a certain amount of Tower of Oz Points per slot. In non-GMS servers, these are referred to as Hazy Stones, with the Generic Stupid Pills being named Hazy Stones and the Prescription Stupid Pills instead being named Engraved Hazy Stones.
