I've been fightning him since lv 68, lv 72 now and it's been well over 150 fights and I have yet to get the glasses to drop on my Kanna. Either they're glitched for Kanna or the droprate is really REALLY low.

[edit] After 10 more runs Michaela's Glasses finally dropped for me.
