Procedure
  1. Go to the following areas:
    1. Kerning City, at the top of the right crane.
    2. Perion, at the top right near Manji by the wooden stake.
    3. Chimney Tree Top, near the small tree stump.
    4. Nautilus Harbor, at the far right on top of the pelican.
    5. Entrance to Orbis Tower, above Minerva the Goddess' head
  2. Talk to Dalair in Henesys Park, Ellinia, Perion, Kerning City, Lith Harbor, Sleepywood, or Nautilus Harbor.
