It is a voice narration for a video, yes. Now, if you're uncomfortable providing your voice to the video, you are more than welcome to simply write up a few sentences/small paragraph as an answer to the question and we can have someone read it in your place (you'll still be credited properly). It's all your call, don't want to make you do something you're uncomfortable with.
