Procedure	Complete the following quests: [[../Beginner Explorer|Beginner Explorer]] [[../Sleepywood Explorer|Sleepywood Explorer]] Talk to Dalair in Henesys Park, Ellinia, Perion, Kerning City, Lith Harbor, Sleepywood, or Nautilus Harbor.
