- Vulcanelli is a reference to Fulcanelli, a mysterious alchemist/author who flourished during the 1920s and allegedly taught his student Eugene Canseliet how to turn lead into gold. To this day, nobody knows the true identity of Fulcanelli, while some propose Canseliet himself was Fulcanelli.
