Trivia

• This helmet dropped in GlobalMS from Zakum and Chaos Zakum for a brief period after the v.221 Spring Blossoms update in 2021.

• Until the following major update, having the helmet in the inventory would mistakenly trigger an old quest from JapanMS that was not fully implemented in GMS known as Upgrading Zakum Armor to be available.

• This quest would've required the player to pay 60,000 Mesos to Tsuri in Showa Street Market, allowing him to teleport the player to a location within a forest. Inside this forest they would have to defeat 20 Malady and 20 Wild Kargo within 5 minutes. Completion of it would've upgraded the helmet into the Zakum Helmet (3), but the required map for the quest did not exist in GMS. This prevented Tsuri from being able to teleport the player, and rendered the quest impossible.

• The quest was later removed in the v.222 16th Anniversary: Hotel Maple update.

• The number in the item's name is to differentiate it from the Zakum Helmet (which was named Zakum Helmet (1) in previous versions of the game) and the Zakum Helmet (3).
